Why you Need AC Inspections – Business Success Tips

What happens in an inspection?

There are three different types of HVAC inspections. They are stack inspections, concealed duct inspection and finally the final inspection.

All HVAC installations higher than basement require a stack inspection. Inspections must be conducted before any drywall is installed and only once the HVAC return and supply system is in place.

External inspections are also conducted by the stack inspector. Making sure that the roof’s flashings conform to code, that the air intake and exhaust the hoods have been installed correctly, and that venting points for flue gases have been correctly placed are all part of external inspections.

They then do the same on the inside of your house. They check the property to ensure that all sealed and insulated air distribution conduitwork are in compliance, and that the dimensions of the system are in compliance with the codes and the hydronic heating system has been properly installed.
